This one comes from a pattern from the 1940s. The technique is unique. Normally, the open and closed spaces of filet are uniform in size, but this designer varied the sizes. What would otherwise look like a brick wall, here shows this butterfly flying naturally. It’s very pretty. I chose the yellow and I designed the border. To me, it’s a breath of Spring air.
